The causes of my happiness.

One research found people who feel more happiness tend to easily achieve their goals and to have a long life than others who don't. Happiness affects directly from our thinkings to success of our lives. So, It is one of the essential factor to live beautiful life. Therefore, what we should know is to find out when we feel happiness and what the primary causes are to pursue our happiness. when do we feel happy?

First factor of happiness is the sense of accomplishment. It usually goes for our jobs or in school whatever we do for our life. For example, people feel really great when they complete their job succesfully. And this achievement affects to the feeling of self-satisfaction and also positive thinking. As a result of these positive effects, they gain confidence and this can make another achievement in their lives. The start with the sence of achievement and the end with happiness.

Second, having some interesting habits makes us happy. We can take a break from our routine and get rid of stress. For example, my father love to go fishing. One day, he said go to fishing makes him feel much happier. Therefore, Enjoying whatever we like is one of the important factor of happiness. People who are more relaxed are much happier.

In my opinion, the most essential and important factor of happiness is our health.
We can do everything we want when we are healthy. It includes physical and also mental health. It is an undeniable fact. For example, studying hard, fulfill the goals and traveling with friends.. The strong prerequisite to do these all is to be in good health.

An article said when we see a picture of people with big smile, we feel much happiness than before we see it. Happiness is so infectious. In other words, when you want to feel happy, keep smiling to friends or family. I'm sure it can be also a great factor of our happiness.
