Simple Ways to Find Happiness
 
Dalai Lama XIV said, "Happiness is not something readymade. It comes from your own actions." Although happiness may be defined numerous ways depending on individual's perspective, it seems to be true that defining happiness depends on how much you devote yourself to achieve it. Happiness is not what you can buy at the store nor does it rush toward you one fine day. It can be finally obtained as long as you make efforts and there are three aspects- having some time of your own, spending time with people you love and trying to keep positive outlook- that could be suggested for it.

Having some quality time for your own contributes to find happiness. This action would help you to keep yourself motivated to find what happiness is. Find whatever you're passionate about. It could be diverse as reading a book, exercising yoga, keeping journals and so on. Since these actions are so rejuvenating, it'll provide you the new energy to kick off the next day. This process of meditation helps you to take a deep breath from the hectic modern life and in so doing, you may be able to find yourself reinvigorated and continue on pursuing the happiness.

     Sharing moments with people you love can lead you to understand what happiness is. This modern society requires you to keep a fast-paced life cycle as if it may lead you to a so-called better life. This causes a lot of psychological fatigue; therefore, controlling the fatigue is critical for you to enjoy your life. Because spending time with family members, close friends, or whoever you like to be with could console your psychological fatigue, this will make you understand how to manage your stress. Accordingly, you can enjoy back to your life in a more relaxed way.
 

     To maintain a positive outlook would support you to realize what happiness is. As an old saying goes, 'There's still half full of the water' and 'There's only half full of the water', the point of view completely depends on how you view. Since the same situation could be translated differently in accordance with your perspective, this may either help you with or hamper you from seek happiness.

     Happiness does exist and it is not far away where we cannot reach. As long as you keep trying to have some time for yourself and with someone you care about and to keep a positive perspective, you will be able to realize that happiness is already next to you smiling.

    In the second body paragraph, if you explain what kind of special moments, and how to spend it specifically will make your essay concretely.
